Sub Application (OS) No.888 of 2024 has been filed to accept the cause title filed in the present contempt petition.

2. Sub Application (OS) No.889 of 2024 has been filed to dispense with the production of the original/certified copy of the final order dated 19.12.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1657 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20286 of 2021.

3. The main contempt petition has been filed for non compliance with the order dated 19.12.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1657 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20286 of 2021, thereby directing the respondents to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.61 of 2023 within a period of twelve weeks.

4. As directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation and filed a final report, thereby closing the FIR as "Mistake

of Fact". The petitioner was served with RCS No.36 of 2024. On receipt of the same, the petitioner filed a protest petition before the Special Court for CCB/CBCID cases, Egmore, Chennai. The matter is posted for argument on 30.10.2024.

4. In view of the above, this Court finds no contempt has been made out as against the contemnors.

5. Accordingly, this contempt petition is not maintainable and Sub Application (OS) No.888 of 2024 is dismissed. In view of the dismissal of accept the cause title, the dispense with petition in Sub Application (OS) No.889 of 2024 is also dismissed. 25.09.2024 Lpp
