ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.10.2021 for the offences under Sections 395 & 397 of IPC, in Crime No.328 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the on 15.09.2021, the de facto complainant and his colleague were proceeding in a car to Sathamangalam village for seeing the agriculture land and when they were nearing Perumukal village bus stop, the petitioners waylaid them and snatched a sum of Rs.30 lakhs at knife point by break opening the window glass of the car. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are no way connected with the alleged offence and they have been falsely implicated in this case. the petitioners have been suffering incarceration for more than 65 days from 04.10.2021 and hence, he would pray for grant of bail to the petitioners.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would raise strong objection stating that the petitioners are arrayed as A7, A8 and A9. He would further submits that A7 has got 5 previous cases, A8 has got 10 previous cases and A9 has got 2 previous cases and a sum of Rs.10 lakhs is yet to be recovered.

5. On seeing the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and their antecedents and the fact that only part amount has been recovered and the remaining is yet to be recovered, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
