ORDER
[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the father of the detenu - S.Sabarish. He has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents for production of the missing detenu. The petitioner is stated to have eloped with one Vasuki. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
A complaint was also given for the missing of the above said person.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that investigation so far made would reveal that both the detenu and Vasuki have eloped together. However, despite all sincere efforts, they could not be traced and investigation is on.
3. Considering the above, while closing this petition, we direct the investigating officer to continue with the investigation and as soon as the detenu is traced, he should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
4. In the result, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed with the above directions.
