..Respondent/Respondent/Respondent Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to amend the S.No.1 to 8 of the Schedule contained in the Judges Summons in the above A.No.8916 of 1999 by replacing the name of M/s.CESE Limited instead of M/s.Link Intime India Private Limited.

This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

In the present case, the application in A.No.8916 of 2019 was filed for extension of succession certificate. The said application was allowed by this Court on 27.11.2019. Thereafter, the application in A.No.4806 of 2021 for amending the S.No.1 to 8 of the Schedule contained in the Judges Summons in the above A.No.8916 of 2019 was filed and the same was also allowed by this Court on 03.01.2022, with the direction to carry out the necessary amendment. As per the direction of this Court, the amendment was carried out and the matter is listed today.

2.Registry is directed to issue fresh succession certificate, in the event, any copy application for amended succession certificate is made by the applicant.
