Upgradation, Strengthening and maintaining of 10 roads in Kanniyambadi Panchayat Union, Vellore District under (TNRRIS) Tamil Nadu Rural Roads Improvement Scheme, 2016-17, quash the same and consequently, forbear the fourth respondent herein, his men, agents, servants, subordinates or any other person authorized by him from in any manner allotting the aforesaid work in favour of any person other than the petitioner.
