These applications have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 1253 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 2nd respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent and rank them as respondents 11 to 16 in A.S.No.64 of 2017.

2. Mr.Abdul Razak, learned counsel has entered appearance for the proposed parties.

3.Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are allowed, the delay of 1243 days in filing the petitions to set aside the abatement is condoned, the abatement caused by the death of the deceased 2nd respondent is set aside and the respondents 11 to 16 are brought on record as legal representatives of the 2nd respondent and ranked as respondents 11 to 16 in the appeal. 4.Registry is directed to carry out the amendment.
