This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking writ of Mandamus or order or direction, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct the preliminary enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2025.

ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct a preliminary enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2025.

When the matter came up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would himself submit that after filing of the writ petition, the petitioner has received summons for preliminary enquiry. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) by producing the communication dated 16.07.2025 would submit that the Additional Superintendent of Police, Headquarters, Krishnagiri is appointed as the enquiry 2/4

officer to investigate into the above complaint and already the preliminary enquiry is on.

In view thereof, since the prayer made in the writ petition is already complied with and directing the said officer namely the Additional Superintendent of Police, Headquarters, Krishnagiri to complete the preliminary enquiry and if any prima facie material is found to register a case and investigate into the matter, in accordance with law. It is needless to mention that the preliminary enquiry shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of web copy of this order.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
