The learned II Additional District Judge (FAC), Tiruchendgode, Namakkal District, has forwarded a letter in D.No.1238 of 2023, dated 07.12.2023 seeking extension of time to dispose of O.S.No.192 of 2012.

2. In view of the reasons stated in the above letter, the learned II Additional District Judge (FAC), Tiruchendgode, Namakkal District is directed to dispose of O.S.No.192 of 2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
