ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed, notice to the respondent Nos.4 and 5 is dispensed with.
2. The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 26.05.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

It is the case of the petitioner that pursuant to the judgment dated 26.11.2024 made in O.S.No.206 of 2022 by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, petitioner submitted a representation dated 26.05.2025 before the second respondent requesting to remove the name of the fourth and fifth respondents in patta in respect of the property comprised in S.F.No.56/1B in Sengampalli Village, Uthukuli Taluk, Tiruppur District, however, the representation is kept pending. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.

At the outset, it is submitted by Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 that pursuant to the above representation, the second respondent has directed the third respondent to take action upon the request made by the petitioner and called for report from the third respondent and the third respondent has also proceeded with the enquiry. He would further submit that as per the judgment dated 26.11.2024 made in O.S.No.206 of 2022, the above representation submitted by the petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.

In considering the representation dated 26.05.2025, it is open to the concerned respondent to call for any order/documents/ evidence to satisfy itself of petitioner's entitlement to remove the name of the respondent Nos.4 and 5 in Patta and proceed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after putting the petitioner, fifth respondent and any other interested parties on notice, if any, within a period of 16 weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for receipt of certified copy. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the case on its own merits and in accordance with law.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
