Respondents in both W.Ps Prayer in W.P.No.33164 of 2016 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Tender issued by the 3rd respondent in respect of the work in Package No.6 in Vellore Division, viz. upgradation, strengthening and maintenance of 10 roads in Kaniyambadi Panchayat Union, Vellore District under Tamil Nadu Rural Roads Improvement Scheme (TNRRIS) - 2016-17 and quash the same and consequently, forbear the 4th respondent herein, his men, agents, servants, subordinates or any other person authorised by him from in any manner allotting the aforesaid work in faovur of any person other than the petitioner. Prayer in W.P.No.
33165 of 2016 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records relating to the Tender issued by the 3rd respondent in respect of the work in Package No. 21 in Vellore Division viz., upgradation, strengthening and maintenance of 4 roads in Anaicut Panchayat https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
Union, Vellore District under Tamil Nadu Rural Roads Improvement Scheme (TNRRIS) 2016-2017 and quash the same and consequently, forbear the 4th respondent herein, from in any manner allotting the aforesaid work in favour of any person other than the petitioner.
