O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to issue suitable direction, to transfer the FIR in Crime No.351 of 2015 from the file of the 1st respondent police to some other police station within the limits of Coimbatore City.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions submitted that after completion of the investigation in Crime No.351 of 2015, Charge Sheet has been filed by the 1st respondent police before the Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore, being taken on file in C.C. No.169 of 2019 for further hearings.

3. As charge sheet has been filed in the aforesaid Crime No.351 of 2015, there is no necessity to transfer the investigation to some other Police Stations within the limits of Coimbatore City.

4.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed if any.
