These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2679 days in filing the petition to implead the legal heirs of the deceased first petitioner viz., V.Krishnan; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased first petitioner; to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first petitioner in the above C.R.P.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the above C.R.P.
