2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent submitted that a Government Order in G.O.(3D).No.58, Housing and Urban Development (UDV(1)) Department dated 14.10.2024 has been passed and through which, the appeal filed by the petitioner has been rejected.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is upto him to challenge the said Government Order in the manner known to law.
