The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.241 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.241 of 2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dharmapuri and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.7 of 2013. Subsequently, after trial, the petitioner was also acquitted from the charges by order dated 07.04.2014.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.241 of 2012 and the case ended in acquittal, nothing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
