The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction directing the respondent to register a case on the basis of his complaint dated 23.03.2014 against one Chandrasekar and his son Ganapathi.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the complaint, CSR No.351 of 2014 has been assigned and after due enquiry, the complaint was closed. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also furnished a copy of the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum.
