On 20.06.2023 this Court granted Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioners in O.P.No.651 of 2022 and the following order has been passed:

"4. In view of the above said evidence, this Original Petition is ordered and Letters of Administration is granted in favour of the petitioners, in respect of the Will dated 17.07.2017 of the testarix Vasantha Sundaram. The petitioners are directed to execute a security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/~ (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) in the name of the Assistant Registrar (Original Side) of this Court. The petitioner are further directed to file an inventory of assets and statement of accounts within a period of six months and one year, respectively."

2. This application has been filed by the applicant/1st petitioner to seek permission to execute the bond required in the above order on behalf of the second petitioner, Rangarajan K.Sundaram who is at abroad.

3. It is submitted that the 2nd petitioner has given a power of attorney in favour of applicant / first petitioner, to execute the necessary bond for getting Letters of Administration on her behalf.

4. The special power of attorney given to that effect by the second petitioner has been produced along with the application and the same has Page No.1 of 3

also been adjudicated before the SRO, Mylapore as Doc.No.2013/2023.

5. Since the second petitioner has stated his inability to make himself personally present to execute the bond as directed by this Court, he has to be permitted to execute the bond through his power agent. Hence this application is allowed.
