ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw the O.P No. 30 of 2023 from the file of Family court, Thanjavur and transfer the same to the Family Court, Chengalpattu.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and there is no representation on the side of the respondent.

3. Considering the facts of the case, the petitioner is living with two year old child and it is very difficult to travel from Thanjavur to Chengalpattu to attend the Court proceedings with two year old child, the reason assigned by the petitioner is justifiable. Hence, the Family court, Thanjavur, is directed to transfer O.P No. 30 of 2023 to the Family Court, Chengalpattu. Further, the Family Court, Chengalpattu, is directed to dispose the case as expeditiously as possible after giving notice to the respondent.

4.In result, this petition is allowed. No Cost. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
