This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to call for the records in Crime No.4 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the First Information Report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, he learned Government Advocate submitted that in the case in Crime No.4 of 2017, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magstrate, Tiruchengode, being taken on file in C.C. No.315 of 2019.

3. Since charge sheet has been filed in Crime No.4 of 2017, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
