The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct the inspection in the land in Survey No.28/3A. 28/3B1, 28/3B2, 28/3C1, 28/3C2 and 28/3D of Thippampatti Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District and make necessary entries in the revenue records.
2. According to the petitioner, her husband by name Murugan had filed a suit in O.S.No.136 of 1988 before the District Munsif Court, Krishnagiri, for specific performance of the sale agreement entered with regard to the lands in S.No.28/3 measuring an extent of 80 1/2 cents and in S.No.30/2 measuring an extent of 11 cents and the suit came to be decreed in his favour. The petitioner's husband has been in continuous possession and enjoyment of the property and thereafter, his wife i.e., petitioner herein is in possession and enjoyment of the same. At the time of demarcation of the land in S.No.28/3 was done, the names of the adjacent land owners were included in the patta mistakenly. Seeking to rectify the said mistake, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent authorities on 30.01.2024. Since the same has 2/4
not been considered till date, she has come up with this writ petition for the aforesaid relief.
3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on its own merits and appropriate orders will be passed.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation filed by the petitioner dated 30.01.2024 and pass final orders, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 to 5, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
