The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 30.09.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent on 30.09.2015. But the respondent has not taken any steps to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint, enquiry in C.S.R.No.1377 of 2015 has been conducted and closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to furnish closure report to the petitioner.
