Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 21.10.2024, the learned District Munsif, Tambaram in D.No.260/BC/2025 dated 16.06.2025 has forwarded a communication to the registry of this Court requesting for three months time to dispose of I.A.No.6 of 2024 in O.S.No.72 of 2023.

2. I have gone through the said report of the learned District Munsif, Tambaram. It is stated by the learned Presiding Officer that an application for setting aside the ex-parte order has been filed by the third respondent and the same is pending and the steps for amendment is also necessary in 2/4

the matter. The request of the learned District Munsif, Tambaram is reasonable.
