This petition has been filed for extension of time for execution of sureties in Crl.O.P.No.2887 of 2024 order dated 11.07.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to mobilise the funds due to poor financial conditions and also taking into consideration nature of offence involved in this case, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
