O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.544 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.544 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 337, 294 (b) and 506(ii) IPC. But, the respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the same and file a final report. Therefore, he has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the same has also been taken on file as STC.No.8228 of 2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Tambaram.
