This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to bring on record the proposed respondents 1 to 7 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased respondent and rank them as respondents 2 to 8 in A.No.4078 of 2008 in C.S No.189 of 1922.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
