O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey his lands in Survey No.200/10C2 and to fix the boundaries by considering his online application dated 03.08.2024, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner submitted an online application seeking survey of his land in Survey No.200/10C2 situated at Vadapuzhithur Village, Tiruvannamalai District. It is seen from the receipt enclosed in the typed set of papers, the petitioner has also paid the necessary charges for survey of property. As the said application has not been considered till date, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the online application of the petitioner for survey of his lands, would be considered on its own merits, within the time limit stipulated by this Court. 3/5

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 03.08.2024 on its own merits and pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
