This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.186 of 2016, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to CB-CID, Vellore, Vellore District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that the respondent police have already filed a final report and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.83 of 2018, on the file of Mahila Court, Vellore.
