O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent viz., the Inspector of Police, J10, Semmenchery Police Station, Chennai - 600 130, to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.05.2018 given before the Commissioner of Police, Vepery, Chennai - 7, the first respondent herein, against the accused persons and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Police.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
