The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 17.01.2016. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents on 17.01.2016. But the respondents have not taken any steps to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint, a case has been registered in Crime No.51 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 427 and 506(i) IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
