the extension of National Highways at Kangeyam, Tiruppur and consequently order compensation to the petitioner in respect of part of her land situated in Tiruppu District, Kangeyam Taluk, Kaadaiyur Village in Survey No.460/2, Patta No.1678 under the process of land acquisition by the respondents on the basis of petitioner's representations dated 02.07.2024 and 08.07.2024. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give opportunity to the petitioner to raise her objection in respect of land acquisition pertains to her property situated in S.No.460/2, Patta No.1678, Kaadaiyur Village, Kangeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent on written 2/4

instructions from the third respondent submitted that S.No.460/2 is a patta land of the petitioner and there is no proposal for further acquisition and already a proposal is sent to the Competent Authority for realignment of the road portion. The said statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent is recorded. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
