This petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioners to file revision against E.P.No.923 of 2017 in O.S.No.3327 of 2006, on the file of the XXV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the Court below.

3. Accordingly, the leave is granted, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
