This petition has been filed alleging that the order of this Court dated 31.03.2022 passed in W.P.No.989 of 2015 has not been complied with.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that as against the order dated 31.03.2022 passed in the writ petition in W.P.No.989 of 2015, they have preferred an appeal in Writ Appeal No.222 of 2023 and notice has also been ordered to the respondent therein.

3. While that being so, it would not be appropriate to proceed with a parallel proceeding. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner, subject to the final outcome of the writ appeal.

With the above liberty, this Contempt Petition stands closed. 21.04.2023 gya 2/3
