This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.5(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders vide order dated 31.07.2023, in Crl.O.P.No.16619 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is working in Bangalore and he finds it difficult to appear before the respondent police and comply with the said condition. Thus, he prays to modify the condition as to appear before the Madipakkam Police Station. 3.In response, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is observing the said condition from 02.09.2023 only. 4.Considering the nature of the offence involved, this Court modifies the condition as the petitioner shall report before the Madipakkam Police Station once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at

10.00 a.m., until further orders.
