ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complainant dated 22.11.2021 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he lodged a complaint to the respondents police on 22.11.2021 and no action has been taken.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner was called for enquiry and he appeared before the respondents police on 01.12.2021. For want of verification, he took time to appear, thereafter, he failed to appear before the respondent police.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that now the petitioner is ready and willing to appear before the respondent police on any given date. 5.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 22.12.2021, without fail, along with the copy of the documents available with him and give his explanation. Thereafter, the respondent police is directed to enquire and proceed in accordance with law.

With the abovesaid direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
