This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph 6 (b), in Crl.O.P.No.11556 of 2023, dated 18.05.2023. 2.It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, while granting bail in Crl.O.P.No.11556 of 2023, dated 18.05.2023. Now, he wants this condition to be modified to the effect that he may be permitted to sign before the concerned learned Jurisdictional Magistrate.

3.In response, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petitioner has observed the condition only till 27.06.2023 and thereafter did not comply with the condition. 4.It is seen that petitioner had complied the condition only till 27.06.2023. This petition is filed only on 18.08.2023. It appears that

only to circumvent the non observance of the condition, this modification petition is filed. Therefore, this petition cannot be entertained. 5.Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri, is directed to cancel the bail as per the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.11556 of 2023, dated 18.05.2023.
