ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 23.06.2021.

According to the petitioner, he joined service in the respondent-Corporation as temporary Shop Sales-man on 26.11.2003 in the respondent-TASMAC (Theni District) and thereafter, from December 2012 onwards, he had worked in South Chennai, T.Nagar. According to him, his health got deteriorated and was suffering from indifferent health condition from 2016 onwards. He has also cited some family reasons for his long absence. It is stated in the representation filed by the petitioner on 23.06.2021 that he could not attend the office on health grounds from 2016 to 2019. join duty and therefore, he has come up with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

3. From the above factual narrative, it could be seen that the petitioner, on his own, had abandoned his service with the respondent-TASMAC. Even assuming that what is stated is true, in the first place, the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition contains only six paragraphs with shoddy averments and sketchy statements, not coming up with any fair or cogent reasons for this Court to entertain the present Writ Petition.

4. The so-called reasons that have been stated in the affidavit filed support of the Writ Petition, are without any conviction and such a Writ Petition couched in bland and bald expressions, cannot seek the attention of this Court even for a second.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable, as there is neither any cause of action, nor is there any legal sense for this Court to entertain this Writ Petition. No costs.
