O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to enquire, investigate and register FIR against the accused person based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.07.2019, which was duly acknowledged by the respondent vide CSR.No.270 of 2019, dated 28.07.2019 and to file a final report within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Police.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
