ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for Police protection based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 13.08.2023.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that complaint has been given by the both sides and FIR has been registered in Crime Nos.416 and 417 of 2023. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the investigation is going on both in the case and counter case and the police will take action based on the materials collected during the course of investigation.
