The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 16.10.2023 seeking cancellation of the sale deed dated 09.01.2023 registered as Doc.No.528/2023 on the file of SRO, Periyanaickenpalayam.

2. In view of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in M.Kathirvel Vs The Inspector General of Registration in W.P.Nos.10291 of 2022 and batch, striking down Section 77 (A) of the Registration Act, the 2/4

representation of the petitioner seeking cancellation of the sale deed cannot be considered by the official respondents. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Civil Court. No costs.
