O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to investigate the case and file a final report in Crime No.45 of 2013, which is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.45 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 420, 464, 465 and 468 IPC. But, the respondents have not shown any interest to investigate the same and file a final report. Therefore, he has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is going on and hence, he prays for six months time to complete the investigation and file a final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, after due enquiry, the case in Crime No.45 of 2013 has been registered as early as on 20.11.2013 for the offences under Sections 120B, 420, 464, 465 and 468 IPC. Therefore, the 2nd respondent police is directed to investigate the matter as expeditiously as possible and file a final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
