The petitioners have filed this Review Application to review the order dated 01.08.2021 passed in W.P.No.14192 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner / workman submits that though the first respondent management has filed the above writ petition seeking to set aside the order dated 05.03.2021 passed by second respondent, wherein the said writ petition was allowed vide order dated 01.08.2021 on the ground that the enquiry has been conducted in a fair and proper manner, however, questioning the enquiry proceedings, the petitioner / workman has filed the above review application.

3. Though the petitioner has come up with this review petition as against the order dated 01.08.2021 passed in W.P.No.14192 of 2021, there is no patent error on the face of records. Moreso, the review application can be entertained only on the ground of error apparent on the face of records or clerical error.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the first respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

5. Hence, this Court is of the view that, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present review petition cannot be acceded to and accordingly, this Review Petition stands dismissed.
