The suit has been filed for partition. There are five items of properties, which are the subject matter of the partition suit. Two of the items of properties, i.e, items 4 and 5 are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court and the remaining properties viz., items 1 to 3 are situated within the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The plaintiff and the defendants are also residing only within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this Court is inclined to grant leave as prayed for.

3. Accordingly, leave to sue is granted as prayed for and this application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
