It is informed by the learned counsel for the applicant that the respondent has regularized the default. The learned counsel for the applicant further submits that there is a mistake in Paragraph No.3 as it is submitted that the warrant was not executed.

2. Recording the same, the learned Advocate Commissioner confirms the same.

3. Recording the above, Paragraph No.3 of the order dated 06.11.2023 is directed to be deleted.

4. In view of the above submission, this application is closed.
