COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 49 days in filing the appeals against the judgment and decree dated 09.04.2025 in O.P.Nos.111 & 114 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Krishnagiri. 2.Notice had been directed to the respondent. Notice had been served and the learned counsel had also entered appearance. 3.In the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, it had been stated that after obtaining the order and decree, the copies were misplaced among the other documents in the trial court advocate's office. After the copies had been located, the appeals had been filed with a delay of 49 days. 4.Taking all the factors into consideration, the delay is condoned. These petitions are allowed.
