ORDER

This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order of dismissal passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, passed in Crl.M.P.No.7922 of 2014 in Crime No.2407 of 2011 by order dated 11.01.2017.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
