Crl.MP.No.13261 of 2019 in Crl.RC.SR.No.41832 of 2019 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the private notice taken in both the addresses of the respondent as mentioned in the petition have been returned stating that "no such address". This Court had directed the petitioner to serve notice directly on the learned counsel for the respondent who had appeared before the trial Court, pursuant to which the petitioner has also served notice on the respondent on 21.10.2019. She also filed the proof of service for the notice in person. Today there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

2. Petitioner has filed this petition seeking condonation of delay of 34 days in filing the Criminal Revisions.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit in support of petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 34 days in filing the Criminal Revision is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order and post "for admission" on 30.10.2019.
