This Court while disposing of the above said Criminal Original Petition on 19.01.2021 directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.10 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law, after giving fair opportunity to both sides.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore through his letter dated 27.04.2022 has prayed for extension of six months time to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.10 of 2016, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore, since the order passed by this Court dated 19.01.2021 has not been complied with, within the time prescribed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore, this Court is of the view that it is just and proper to give further three months time to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.10 of 2016, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore.

4. Accordingly, this Court granted further three months time to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.10 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore, in order to comply the order passed by this Court on 19.01.2021.
