O R D E R
The contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for having committed contempt by willful disobedience of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.M.P.No.19234 of 2017 in W.P.No.34716 of 2006 dated 21.03.2019.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent now brought to the notice of this Court that the interim order passed by this Court has been implemented and in this regard, the Managing Director issued an order in proceedings dated 21.09.2019, reinstating the workman.
3. In respect of other claims, the same shall be considered during the hearing of the main writ petition. The workman has already been reinstated and he is entitled for the current wages as applicable to his cadre. However, the reinstatement now granted is subject to the final outcome of the writ petition. The writ petition is to be posted for final hearing during next week.
