ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the final report in P.R.C.No.19 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the entire matter has been committed to the Sessions Court and the Sessions Court has already taken cognizance in S.C.No.49 of 2017 and the trial has commenced.
