This application has been filed to substitute a new Arbitrator in the place of Sri.K.Srinivasan who was nominated as Sole Arbitrator by order dated 26.10.2022 in the above Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)No.252 of 2021.

2. With the consent of both the learned counsel for the applicant and the respondent, Mr.R.Subramanian, residing at B 1404, Globus Nakshatra, 60 Feet Road, Ponniah Rajapuram, Coimbatore - 641 001, (Contact No.9818913939), is appointed as an Arbitrator to decide the issue.

3. The learned Arbitrator shall endeavour to complete the arbitral proceedings strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

4. This Application is ordered accordingly.
