The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 & 4 to mute all revenue records in respect of property in S.F.No.85/2 to an extent of 1.75.0-hectare land situated in Kandarkulamanickam Village, Sankari Taluk, Salem District to in favour of the petitioner and others as per the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.(P)8905/1992 (P) dated 07.07.1993 by considering the petitioner representation dated 14.07.2022.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 14.07.2022 before the respondents, seeking for mutation of all revenue records in respect of subject Page No.2 of 5
property. However, the said application has been rejected by the fourth respondent.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
